We hit a rainstorm heading back. Nice to stand outside in swimming-trunks when it is gail force wind and rain. Makes for good sailing

Second part of 2007 summer vacation started with flying to Phuket on 20th July. After a shore stopover at TESCO for supplies we headed out on the boat. Nice wind the first day and we sailed about 42 nm in 5 hours with a maximum speed of 11.3 knots. Arrived Ko Panji in Phang Na bay and had dinner. Next day headed south to James Bond Island and some smaller island with caves where we did a lot of kayaking before anchoring for the night at Ko Yai Noi (Paradise Beach resort). Headed to Krabi with stopover on islands along the way for more kayaking and started our scuba-diving. After 2 nights in Krabi we sailed over to Phi Phi island for some more diving and swimming. Last night we spent at Ko Racha Noi before heading back to Chalong Bay and back home to Singapore. Excellent trip that we will likely do again.

We bought an underwater-housing for the camera, so click here for the pictures from under the sea.
